Q. Do you exclusively handle Shopify design and development?

Yes. Currently, our company employs seven Liquid front-end engineers and two API back-end developers. As Shopify's development documentation undergoes quarterly updates, requiring developers to maintain timely knowledge refreshes, we are temporarily unable to allocate personnel to handle development for other DTC platforms.

Q. Do you have UI designers if there are no design mockups before development?

Yes. As most clients lack experience with cross-border independent site UI interactions, we assign a dedicated UI designer for full-site development projects. Development commences only after Figma design drafts are delivered.

Q. Other website builders offer packages. Do you provide website packages?

We never offer package deals, as each client's requirements are unique. Modules must be assessed individually based on UI specifications and reference cases. We steadfastly reject the practice of churning out highly homogenised template solutions.
